Confirmation Policy Floral orders are NOT considered booked until your deposit is received and a copy of the quote is signed.
Payment Policy A deposit of 50% of your total is required at booking. Your remaining balance is due at the night before preview.
Cancellations Your deposit is non-refundable without a three week written or email notification.
Changes or Additions Clients must finalize order three weeks prior to event. Every effort will be made to accommodate small changes or additions to order and designs, but may be limited once stock is purchased.
